What is figuring out food?

It's my 90 day program dedicated to helping you eat and eat well. A lot of the time we have these taboos about food, anxiety even, and I want to debunk all those theories for you. I am not a dietician, I am a Food Freedom Coach. Simply said- during the 90 days I will be working with you as much as possible to make sure that you understand what food does for your body, and how to incorporate foods that may seem scary into your lifestyle. We start with small changes that become routine, then become normal. Then we add a more little here, a little more there. And by the time 90 days is up, you definitely wont need me anymore, and wonder why you didn't do this sooner!

Do you incorporate fitness in your program?

Yes! First things first, we hone in on your nutrition. Once you feel confident in making your own food choices, then we will incorporate physical activity into your lifestyle.


What if I'm a picky eater?

Don’t worry. We find out what foods work for you. Keeping an open mind during the 90 days will help you find foods you may have never considered trying before. 


How much support will you provide?

I will provide as much support as you need. It's all about how much effort you want to put in to change your relationship with food for good.


DO I HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES?

Hell no! I mean…if you want? Counting calories is a preference, but most of my clients want to eat intuitively rather than obsessing over how many calories they've consumed. If your relationship with food is healthy enough by all means count them!


Do I need anything for this program?

Just your hard work and dedication. A Crockpot or Instant Pot is recommended for your convenience, however it’s not required. If you want to work out from home, I will suggest my go-to equipment, but we can always work with what you have.
